Designed as a space to educate, inspire and guide guests towards mindful eating in our everyday, our Food Bowl is a three-acre kitchen garden mapped by pathways that lead to the best of house grown garden produce.
With its innovative design, combined with a view of the rolling hills of the Mornington Peninsula region, our Food Bowl has been created to enhance the guest experience of our evolving Peninsula Hot Springs site and provide education on the power of food.
Prepare to take part in immersive 'paddock to plate' style experiences as we introduce engaging food production, sourcing, cooking and nutrition based workshops and celebrate in new and original event spaces - including two state-of-the-art glasshouses.
The Glasshouses have been created to host to guest events and immersive dining experiences elevating any occassion, perfect for both intimate and larger groups.
